 Resources needed should be updated from the Municipality related health and safety
data as well as the data generated through the Learner Enrollment and Survey Form
(LESF).

2. I encountered the following problems or challenges:

 It is a challenge to encourage parents and other stakeholders to ask for assistance in


supporting the chosen appropriate LDM for the school since not all of them can help
in supervising and co-monitoring the progress of their children.

3. Other comments/suggestions:

 In accomplishing the decision tree, the accuracy of data is very important so that the
tool will be more effective in choosing the appropriate LDM for the school.
