    0 It is mandatory to upload scanned copies of all the documents including service


    tax registration/VAT registration / Sales Tax registration / EPF registration etc, as
    stipulated in the bid document. If such document is not uploaded his bid will
    become invalid and cost of bid document & processing fee shall not be refunded.

    13.0 If the contractor is found in eligible after opening of bids, his bid shall become
    invalid and cost of bid document and processing fee shall not be refunded.

    14.0 If any discrepancy is noticed between the documents as uploaded at the time of
    submission of bid and hard copies as submitted physically by the contractor the
    bid shall become invalid and cost of bid document and processing fee shall not be
    refunded.

    15.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, NBCC reserves the right assesses the
    capabilities and capacity bidders to perform the contract, should the
    circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of NBCC.

    16.0 Certificate of Financial Turnover: At the time submission of bid, the bladder may
    upload Affidavit/Certificate from Chartered Accountant mentioned Financial
    Turnover of last 3 years or for the period as specified in the bid document and
    further details if required may be asked from the bidder after opening of technical
    bids. There is no need to upload entire voluminous balance sheet.

    17.0 Contractor must ensure to quote single percentage rate. The column meant for
    quoting rate in figures appears in pink colour and the moment rate is entered, it
    is terms sky blue.

    In addition to this, while selecting any of the cells a warning appears that if any
    cell is left blank the same shall be treated as “0”. Therefore, if any cell is left
    blank and no rate is quoted by the bidder, rate of such item shall be treated as
    “0” (ZERO).

    18.0 The bidder if required my submit questions in writing (Fax at 011-24365326 or e-


    mail at re1.nbcc@nic.in to seek clarifications latest by 05.06.2013.

    19.0 Memorandum on page- 8 of instruction to tenderers & General Condition of


    Contract (Vol-I) has been replaced with a page attached as Annexure “1” to this
    NIT.

    20.0 The page-1 to 5 of G.C.C. of chapter “Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) has been
    replaced with pages attached as Annexure “II”.

    21.0 The page No. 6 i.e Acceptance letter of G.C.C. has been replaced with a page
    attached as Annexure – “III”.

    22.0 Integrity pact (For all contracts valuing Rs. 1.0 crore and above) Integrity pact
    duly signed by the bidder shall be submitted. Any bid without signed integrity
    pact shall be rejected.
