    交货期/ Delivery Time


    备件：MP081 目前交期在 5 月下旬，其他备件交期在收到订单及预付款后 1 周；
    磁板维修：订单确认后，大概 5-6 周。
    The current delivery date of spare parts MP081 is in the end of May, and the delivery date of other
    spare parts is one week after receiving the order and prepayment;
    MCS repair: about 5 - 6 weeks after order confirmed.

    由于冠状病毒影响，我们不能保证遵守如上述所述的交付计划。由于无法合理预测疫情对于实际交付的
    影响，我们明确申明上述交货周期将会可能由于疫情影响而延后。请知晓我司将不承担因疫情导致的交
    货延迟所造成的任何费用及损失。
    Please be aware that, due to the coronavirus, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respect the
    time for delivery, as mentioned. There may certainly be consequences for the time of delivery resulting
    from the coronavirus, but we cannot reasonably foresee to which extent. We therefore expressly
    stipulate that the time for delivery is only indicative and may be exceeded, due to the consequences of
    the coronavirus, e.g. for the manufacturing process, the supply of components by subcontractors, the
    transport of products, access to sites, etc.

    By acceptance of our present quotation, including this express stipulation for the time for delivery and
    delay, you agree that we will not be liable for any of your costs and damages resulting from delay in
    our delivery due to the coronavirus and that we will be allowed to suspend delivery until the
    consequences of the coronavirus can reasonably be overcome, taking all circumstances into account.
    Any agreed liquidated damages and/or penalties which would become due in case of delay will not be
    due if and insofar as the delay is a result of the coronavirus.
