The World Right Now Is in The Middle of A Mental Health Crisis
impacts are like water, wiping you out. Look around you, you all have colors. We know
those people who are happy and very charismatic, they hold shades of green. Those people
who can tend to be quiet and separated from the world, they are shades of blue. Now the
color within you, is going to change. Think for a moment think of a colour that you would
like to be, I bet you chose the one that you sought best for you. If I could choose any colour I
would love to be a shade of green, to be happy because every single one of us deserves
happiness. We all deserve the brightest color in ourselves. But just like in any canvas and
palettes, there will always be cold and lonely colors-stained with pain. To all gloomy colors
suffering from depression, you CAN turn it all around and you DO DESERVE it
The world right now is in the middle of a mental health crisis. It’s estimated almost
half the population suffers from depression at some stage throughout their life. Depression
can be described in many ways. Its main description is that it is a serious mental disorder
in which a person suffers long periods of sadness, loneliness, and other negative feelings
People today are faced with stresses that were unknown to previous generations and are
dealing with them in an often self – destructive way. .At this moment right now there may
be many individuals suffering inside without having somebody there to support them as
they feel low and muted. Nobody deserves to land of depression.
Now I know this is about to take a turn for the worst,. I believe when people’s colours fade,
so do their hopes for living, they contemplate suicide and wait day after day for the courage
to go through it. For the longest time they dull their colour erase it down to nothing and
finally this stay for the worse. The people that love them, their colour starts to fade too.
Now I'm sure you've heard story after story and you’re sick about hearing about
depression, anxiety and any other ‘social dramas’ as the insensitive ones address it, but
why cover your ears and let other people yet egged on about being upset with life.
Sure maybe your style is different from theirs. It's your colour, it’s your shade of life that
you can effect. So what if you’re not model skinny, so what if you're gay. So what if you are
loud and wanna scream words from the roof tops. So what if you’re plus-sized? It’s who you
are, don't change it, don't mix your colour trying to become someone you are not. If you
ever feel suicidal, If you ever feel Ugly if you ever feel alone in the world Stand up. There
are people out there, that even they speak different languages, they’ll still hear your call.
Your colors are you, you can make them as bright as you want. Let everyone see! Or you
can dull it to the bone, let what others say to you bother you. When Honestly when does
anything they say bother you. What makes us different. Our personality, but if you are all
covered with thoughts of hurting yourself it's like you are covered in band aids. People can
set a feeling off like the rip of a band aid being pulled off quickly. Don't let it sting longer
then you need it to. Think about the memories that made your colour brighten and
resonated. So next time your down, next time you think your too fat or ugly to get
anywhere, think of the colour in your heart, the colour you are going to become in the end,
your radiance, your vibrancy. Because that is your soul, your reason to live, to inspire
others with your struggles to push forth your dreams.
You really can be that powerful. You can ditch the victim story, you can leave the pain
behind and FOCUS on how you will react next. How you will react positively. I want you to
know that, no matter where you are in life… No matter how low you have sunk. No matter
how miserable your situation is. This is NOT THE END. This is not the end of your story
This is not the final chapter of your life. I know it may be hard right now but if you just hang
in there, stick it out. Stay with me for a little while. You will find, that this tough moment
will pass, and, if you are committed to USING this pain, using it to build your character,
finding a greater MEANING for the pain, you will find that, in time, you can turn your life
around, and help others going through the same struggles. Don’t give up. You are worthy
You are more than worthy! Just how worthy all the colors are that paints greatness in this
world. sYou deserve to experience how great life can be – and you owe it to the world to be
that positive change for others. To inspire others – who will look to you and say – he did it,
she did it, and I can do it too.
