    Negative Aspect of Youself

    Every people having negative aspects in life, it depends upon on how you
    handle yourself. Here are some characteristics of having negative aspect in life. First is
    being selfish, meaning concerned excessively or exclusively with oneself, seeking or
    concentrating on ones owns advantage, pleasure or well being, without regard for
    others. Close minded or you are not open to suggestions. Dishonest this means you
    are a liar you didn’t tell the real truth. Another one is hypocritical, being a person who
    acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings. Idiotic or showing
    complete lack of thought or commonsense. My main weakness I would say is my lack
    of self-esteem. I find it hard to believe in myself in so many aspects of life.

    Positive Aspect of Youself

    If you are positive about things you are hopeful and confident and think of a
    good aspects of a situation rather than bad ones. Be positive about your future and
    get on with living a normal life. Here are some positive aspects of myself. My
    intelligence, I thank god for all the gifts he has given me. I have a great sense of humor
    and often seem to be able to lift others spirits. I never give up I have extreme patients.
    I allow myself to take a break and do something I enjoy. I show kindness to others. I’m
    not sure what will happen tomorrow, but I’ll take care of myself so I am strong
    enough to face it. I choose to approach my problems with a calm heart and mind.

    Why can’t you be a leader?

    I can’t be a leader because I don’t trust my instincts. People will look at you as
    leader if you can see things they can’t see. If you come up with solutions they didn’t
    even think of second, you will not become a leader because a leader is your objective,
    they might not have the skills, the courage, the creativity and time. I can’t be a leader
    because I care too much about what others thinks about me, lack confidence in
    myself, I under estimate myself, I don’t stick up for myself and the fact that I am not
    worst enemy. You will not become a leader because you have insufficient life,
    experience you have too much education and you have a low level of integrity. You will
    not become a leader also if and only if your aspiration is not enough, it might actually
    be your biggest obstacle.

    Why can you be a leader?

    I can be a leader because I trust my instinct. A good leader must be open-


    minded, trustworthy, honest, active, and having self-confidence. A good leader must
    know how to handle his/her followers. A good leader goes all in with skills,
    personality, courage, experience, creativity, fears, and love. You will become a good
    leader if you are serving others before yourself. First, you must be a role model. Your
    job is to role model the might behaviors. You do this by the way you talk, the decision
    you make, and most of all how you trust other people especially those people who
    don’t directly serve your cause or in some cases are total stranger. Second is anger,
    don’t get pissed off in front of everybody. I become a good leader because I know that
    its best not to get angry or say something you’ll regret in public. This doesn’t mean
    leaders don’t get angry too, it is just that they understand how to control them. I am
    one of the leader before in our church as youth leader you must possessed all the
    positive behaviors. You must be humble and always put god first in your mind and
    heart and within your groups.
