WEB NOTE
Candidates must mandatorily exercise post preference zones/districts by
way of Web Options. Candidates shall exercise their preference for posts (web options) in respect of posts/zones/districts from 22/06/2020 to 25/06/2020. Candidates are advised to give more options instead of discarding any. Selection of candidates will be based on the preference of posts/zones/districts for which options are given by the candidates. Candidates will be selected only for the posts for which preference (web option) was given. For the candidates who were short listed for the process of 1st spell certificate verification, link was provided for exercising web-options from 16/09/2019 to 30/09/2019. After, that web-option edit facility provided from 07/12/2019 to 10/12/2019. It is here by informed that the candidates who appeared and qualified in the Computer Proficiency Test held on 08/03/2020 of 1st, 2nd, 3rd spell certificate verification duly deleting absentees and rejections for the posts of Junior Assistant, Typist, Junior Steno And Junior Assistant cum Typist in various departments vide Notification No.10/2018; Dt: 02/06/2018, that TSPSC is providing an opportunity to exercise “edit web option” to the said posts based on representations of candidates. Therefore all the candidates are directed to exercise Web Options for giving Un- reserved and Local preference to the aforesaid posts as per their requisite qualification (academic & technical) & eligibility. Once exercised, it will be treated as final and considered for selection process. Candidates may note that attempt to edit web-options will erase all the web-options exercised by them previously and they will have to exercise web –options afresh. In case of candidates who do not utilize the edit web – option facility, the web – options exercised earlier will be taken into consideration. The facility of “edit web – option” will be available from 22/06/2020 to 25/06/2020. The Candidates should avail this facility from 22/06/2020 onwards.
NOTE: The candidates are required to compulsorily qualify in the Proficiency Test for the purpose of Selection. It is only a qualifying test and the marks secured by the candidates will not be counted for the purpose of ranking for selection. However, if a candidate does not qualify in the Proficiency Test, he/she will not be considered for selection.
