entrepreneurial expertise to scale up their business and reap the profits.
Family businesses have been the key drivers of India’s economic growth. These businesses are
built on the dedication and hard work of the family members. Acquiring the skills for managing
their business is necessary to scale and operate the business efficiently. This program will equip
the next generation of Indian family business entrepreneurs and start-up entrepreneurs with the
knowledge, skills and attitude required to move their business to a higher level.

themselves with top notch companies and also to build a successful career.
As we know in today’s era of Cut throat completion it’s very difficult to survive and
difficult to fulfill the industry requirement, keeping this in mind we have launched these
specialization.
Career Path in Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurs can be found in all types of industries. Every organization which makes products
or provides services seeks people with an entrepreneurial bent of mind. The students enrolling
for the program can build their family business, create their own business or can grow in
organizations as entrepreneurs.
1. Family Business – Those businesses where family members are involved in

managing and running the operations of the business are called as family businesses.
These businesses are passed down to the next generation
2. New Ventures - Involves building a new company from scratch, buying an existing
business.
3. Business Development - Involves identifying new sales leads for the organization,
pitching new products and services to existing or new clients and maintaining
customer relationships for enhancing business value
4. Project Manager – Involves planning, budgeting and ensuring that the scope and
direction of each project is on schedule. The jobs may be in the IT field, HR,
Advertising and Marketing, manufacturing sector and other sectors. Involves analysis
of data for day to day problems that affect the project on a regular basis.
5. Venture Capital Firms as Analyst or Associate - Involves assisting the firm in

making investment decisions, product testing, due diligence, research and much more
