Chaithanya tutorial on Creating User Accounts in Mediawiki

In this tutorial, we will discuss about

 user. By default, unregistered users can view the wiki

in the page. But, all these privileges can be restricted by

account in Mediawiki. Now, lets start by creating the
account in Mediawiki.
