    DPEdit
    • Allows user to create, edit and store master copies of
    dye programs in the server.
    • Provide estimated step time and process curve.
    • Monitor and record results of downloaded dye programs
    in the FC controllers.

    History Analyser
    • This software module provides flexible searching tool
    to display all the information of the historical batches.
    • List out important batch information in curves and
    report format for analysis.
    • Display Process curves such as temperature, dosing,
    etc. for reviewing dye operation parameters.

    Production Planning
    • This software module allows production scheduling
    with colour graphical interface by simply inputting the
    batch information.
    • Dyeing machine can start the scheduled batch
    automatically without any unnecessary operation
    procedure.
    • Reschedule simply by the drag-drop function.
    • Display important information on the color bar.

    Online Monitoring
    • Obtain and display online information of all dyeing
    machines.
    • Animated flow diagrams show real time status of
    dyeing machines and display the important operation
    parameters such as temperature, water level, valve
    status, step information, etc.
    • Online display of the process curves such as
    temperature, dosing, etc.
    • Online display of existing and historical alarms.

    It can also integrates with customer’s ERP System and dispensing system
    to realize “Dye House Automation”.

    ERP System Integration


    • Connect VIEWTEX with customer’s ERP System.
    • Reduce and simplify the data entry process, and avoid human error during data transfer.
    • Exchange information such as batch scheduling, batch status, recipe, etc. custom data exchange possible
    upon request.

    Dispensing System Integration


    • Connect VIEWTEX with customer’s Dispensing System.
    • Link Fong›s dyeing machines with customer›s Dispensing System to avoid human error during preparation
    and transportation of chemical and dyestuff.
    • This integration is able to communicate between Fong›s dyeing machines and customer›s Dispensing
    System in order to transport chemical and dyestuff just in time.
