Special Power of Attorney
1. To transact business in the City Assessor’s Office and City Treasurer’s Office with
regard to securing copies of tax declarations, tax clearances and certifications;
2. To transact business in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Registry of Deeds
with regard to the processing of the estate of _______________________;
3. To process, make, transact, receive and submit all documents needed in relation
to the transactions with the above mentioned agencies;
4. To pay and process all the payments necessary;
5. To submit, claim and receive documents / TCT in my behalf from the Registrar of
Deeds, Agencies such as the City Assessor’s Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Bureau of Lands and other government or private agencies;
6. To process, sign and / or to execute such papers or documents as may be
necessary to serve the purposes;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act or things whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
