Procedure
1. Heat ingredient 1 to 70°C.
2. Disperse ingredient 2 into ingredient 1 and mix until homogeneous.
3. Add ingredient 3 with gentle mixing.
4. In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients and mix.
5. Heat phase B ingredients at 70°C using a water bath.
6. Mix phase B ingredients together until all ingredients are completely
dissolved
7. Add phase A to phase B in increments and stir while keeping phase B
warm enough to keep the wax melted. Stir until homogeneous.
8. Cool to room temperature while gently mixing.
9. Add phase C ingredients in order listed mixing well after each addition.
10. Adjust pH to 4 with citric acid solution

Variations
Alternative Dow Corning ® products have not been tested as of this printing.

Stability
Stable at least 9 months at room temperature and 3 months at 40°C
