The general formula of voltage is Vc(t) = Vf + (V0 _ Vf) e-t/T.

for the precharge circuit the capacitor is 4512µF, the resistance is 1000Ω&50W and the voltage is 111 V

the calculation of the charge voltage is shown below:

T=RC = 4512 x 10-3

Vc(∞)=111V Vc(0)=0V V=111(1 _e-t/T)

And the calculation of the charge current is:

I= 111/T .e-t/T
for the discharge circuit the capacitor is 4512µF, the resistance is 15KΩ&5W and the voltage is 111 V,

the calculation of the discharge voltage is shown below:

T=RC = 6768 x 10-2

Vc(∞)=0V Vc(0)=111V V=111 e-t/T


And the calculation of the discharge current is:

I= - 111/T .e-t/T
