    A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT THE PROJECT PROPOSAL ON LIMITED FACE TO FACE


    LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITY OF BASEY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, BASEY,
    SAMAR.

    WHEREAS, the Basey National High School is one of the biggest schools in the
    Division of Samar. This school year, its enrolment has significantly increased to Three
    Thousand Four Hundred Eleven (3,411), and still expecting more enrollees;

    WHEREAS, the school has prepared for Printed Modular Distance Learning, as
    mandated by the Regional Office. A Learning Continuity Plan was presented to its
    stakeholders to gather support especially in the delivery and retrieval of modules to the
    55 different barangays within and outside of the town of Basey;

    WHEREAS, in the two-week implementation of the printed modular distance


    learning, several issues and problems came up not only on the human resources—
    teachers, learners, parents and the external stakeholders but also in the depletion of the
    school's financial resources. The increase in enrolment and the numerous pages per
    learning area printed every week have significantly consumed the school funds;

    WHEREAS, to address the issues and problems met, a proposal of limited face to
    face was presented by the school head to the Planning Team;

    WHEREAS, based on the deliberated plan presented of limited face to face, the
    School Planning Team agreed to support, subject to the safety of both the school
    personnel and the learners following the AITF health protocols;
    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
    SCHOOL PLANNING TEAM TO PASS A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSAL
    OF LIMITED FACE TO FACE LEARNING, SUBJECT TO ALL EXISTING LAWS, RULES
    AND REGULATIONS BOTH OF THE AITF AND DEPED.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
