his parents in their household needs through farming.
He plants falcata and abaca trees. He also plants
vegetables like eggplant, string beans and okra.

RUDY ICATAN Prosperidad, ADS 10-18-2017 Monitoring Client still actively reporting in the office as scheduled
for his monthly reporting and TC session. Nevertheless,
his parole period will be finished on January 2018. IO
already submitted a progress report to Butuan City PPO
for the turning back of client’s supervision.

monthly reporting and TC session. He also participated
in the basketball try-out and was chosen as one of the
players to represent the Patin-ay cluster this coming
mini-olympics of ADS PPO.

MARGIE CORVERA Prosperidad, ADS 11-21-2017 Monitoring Client was previously living in Loreto, ADS with her four
(4) children and common-law husband. Last July 2017,
she decided to leave her live-in partner because of their
frequent quarrel. She transferred in Bahbah,
Prosperidad, ADS in the house of his father. She is living
with her father, four (4) children and three (3)
nephews.
 MOSELITA CULLENTAS San Luis, ADS 11-21-2017 Monitoring Client is living in P-3 Poblacion, San Luis, ADS. She is
living with his husband who is a farmer (main source of
income of the family) and their six (6) children. she is a
housewife who is taking care of her six (6) children.

MINDA CORVERA Talacogon, ADS 11-21-2017 Monitoring Client is now living in San Isidro, Talacogon, ADS. She id
living with her son-in-law and a 2-year-old grandchild.
She is busy making a living by being a
dressmaker/sewer.

JEFLOR VARGA Prosperidad, ADS 11-21-2017 Monitoring Client just arrived from Cebu City. She was convicted in
the court of Talisay City, Cebu. Applied for probation
and was approved last October 2017. Her supervision
was directly transferred here because her permanent
address is in Prosperidad, ADS. She will be living with
her grandmother and help her in planting, growing,
selling falcata seedlings.

VINCENT MAR Prosperidad, ADS 10-19-2017 Monitoring Client is still engaged in driving (tricycle) as his main
ANGCHANGCO source of income. He is living with his wife (common-
law) and 5-month-old baby.

ROGER ADLAWON Prosperidad, ADS 11-18-2017 Monitoring Client is making himself busy by accepting farm labor
works which is also the main source of his income. He is
living with his common-law wife.

RUTHERFORD PEREZ Talacogon, ADS 10-20-2017 Monitoring Client is engaged in farming. He is living with wife and
five (5) children. he is making/working hard to earn
enough money to sustain the daily and school needs of
his family.

FREDDIE MATUGUE Prosperidad, ADS 10-19-2017 Monitoring Client is still engaged in farming as his main source of
income for their daily and future needs. He is living with
his common-law wife. They are living happily and
peacefully. They are hoping to have a child soon.

counted as only one regardless of the number of clients who reported. It is sufficient
