    WITHDRAWAL OF APPEARANCE

    Complainant __, to the Honorable Commission, respectfully states


    that:

    1. Complainant’s counsel of record, __was recently appointed


    as in the government service.

    2. Thus, Complainant’s counsel of record respectfully gives


    notice that he is withdrawing his representation in the
    above-entitled case for herein Complainant.

    3. It is most respectfully prayed that this Withdrawal of


    Appearance be noted and that henceforth, all pleadings,
    notices and orders be furnished to:

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, Complainant-Appellant
