    Suma Force

    Aluminium safe, heavy duty degreaser

    Description
    Suma Force D3.5 is a concentrated liquid degreaser for the cleaning of heavily
    soiled surfaces in the kitchen.
    D3.5
    Key properties
    Suma Force D3.5 is an alkaline liquid detergent suitable for manual cleaning of
    all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, like floors, equipment, cooker hoods
    and cooker tops. It is an optimal blend of non-ionic and anionic surfactants, for
    good wetting of surfaces.
    Suma Force D3.5 is also alkali and contains sequestrant for effective removal
    of all kinds of grease and dried-on food. The formulation is balanced in such a
    way that the product is safe for use on aluminium surfaces.

    Suma Force D3.5 is especially suitable for cleaning of floors either manually
    with a mop system or with low pressure spray equipment.

    Benefits

    • Dissolves soil and holds it in solution, preventing re-deposition

    Use instructions
    The recommended use concentration varies from 10-50 ml per litre of hand hot
    water, dependent on the soil level and application.

    For controlled dosing the product can be used via the JohnsonDiversey QFM
    system.

    Cleaning Method – general:


    1. Apply solution (10-20ml/L) to surface with cloth, pad or low pressure spray
    equipment
    2. Clean with cloth or brush
    3. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry
    4. Soak if necessary

    Floor cleaning:
    • With mop system
    1. Dilute product (10-30 ml/L) in hot water
    2. Apply solution with mop
    3. Remove dirt with the mop
    4. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry
    Suma Force
    Fryer cleaning:
    • Weekly clean:
    1. Drain oil and close valve
    2. Fill with hot solution (50ml/L) of Suma Force D3.5 to almost oil fill level
    3. Allow 10 – 15 minutes contact time; scrub sides before draining
    4. Scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer pad or
    brush
    5. Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry

    • Periodic deep clean:


    1. Drain oil and close valve
    2. Fill with hot solution (50ml/L) of Suma Force D3.5 to almost oil fill level
    3. Turn on fryer and bring to controlled boil for 15 minutes; scrub sides before draining
    4. Scrub remaining residues from side walls and heating elements with a scourer pad or
    brush
    5. Rinse twice with clean, hot water and allow to air dry

    encountered in the kitchen including aluminium.
