4. Student understand Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
5. Student understand the relationship of Supply chain management (SCM), Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) and Customer Realtinship Management (CRM)
Indicators (Sub-CLO):
1. Student can explain MIS Concepts
2. Student can explain how to formulate ICT strategis
3. Student can explain how to bulid & manage ICT Portfolio
4. Student can explain BPR
5. Student can explain the relationship of SCM, ERP and CRM.

1. a. Why are you as accounting students to learn Management Information Systems (MIS)?
b. Manager of information systems (IS) has to cover 6 (six) areas. Mentioned it and describe witch
one is the most important and why?

2. a. There are some tools for formulate ICT Strategic Plan. Why the manager of IS need to use those
some approaches.
b. Could you explain how use the value chain to help the manager of IS to formulate the ICT strategic
plans. It is to be good by providing an illustration/example.
c. Could you explain how use the product life cycle to help the manager of IS to formulate the ICT
strategic plans. It is to be good by providing an illustration/example.

3. a. Please explain what is the ICT Strategic Grid Matrix.


b. Provide the example of the adoption of the ICT Strategic Grid Matrix for e-Commerce company for
example: Go-Jek, Shopie, or Bli-Bli… or others.
c. The use of ICT Strategic Grid Matrix can be more simple and less easy to understand. Please
explain what does it mean?
d. The use of ICT Strategic Grid Matrix can demonstrate relationships over time that may have
simultaneously. Please explain what does it mean?
