TC - Conversion Process
Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines Inc., may convert Sodexo vouchers to
Sodexo Digital Passes should the holder use these to avail of partial redemption, effective
July, 1 2019. The passes allowed by Sodexo for conversion are as follows :
(a) Sodexo Premium Pass issued for gifting or employee benefit purposes;
(b) Sodexo Meal and Food Pass issued for gifting or employee benefit purposes;
(c) Gift Pass Retailer not covered by DTI promotions and not classified as
coupon/voucher, as defined in DAO 19-03 of the DTI
(d) Mobile Pass issued for gifting or employee benefit purposes
The passes mentioned above will be converted into the same product with equivalent
amount. For example, Premium Pass will not be able to be converted into Meal & Food Pass
digital voucher (instead will only be converted as digital Premium Pass).
The above passes may be converted unless later identified as an exemption under the law
(i.e. GC Act of 2017) and/or its IRR.
CONVERSION CHARGE
Sodexo will not charge pass holders any fees for the conversion of the pass/es to Sodexo
Digital Passes.
The conversion of pass/es shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

(b) Pass/es is/are in good condition :
[i] The passes are intact. In case a paper pass bears holes, staples,
ink, smudges, tears, or it has been detached from the main stub,
it shall be honoured by Sodexo, provided that these conditions
do not restrict Sodexo from identifying the security and
authenticity features of the gift check/passes.); and
[ii] The serial numbers / barcodes are visible and readable.
(c) Pass/es should have been issued to Sodexo clients or their beneficiaries for
purposes of gifting or employee benefits. This will be validated based on the
purchase order details to which the barcode pertains to.
(e) For non-smartphone users, an SMS facility shall be provided by Sodexo for
the consumers to be able to use and check the balance of their digital pass.
Sodexo will not convert paper passes that are mutilated or defaced due to no fault of
Sodexo where such damage prevents the identification of the security features and
barcodes of the pass/es.

Sodexo reserves its right to physically examine the pass/es sought to be converted in
accordance with its system of validation. The actual pass/es must be in the possession of
Sodexo for the conversion to transpire. This is the foremost requirement.
If the pass/es has/have been confirmed valid through Sodexo’s pre-conversion validation
procedure, such passe/es shall be converted with the same type of pass.
Sodexo shall only convert passes which were issued from July 1, 2012 onwards, in
reference with the DTI’s Department Administrative Order 10-04.
1. Sodexo pass holders must submit the pass/es for conversion to any of the
following designated conversion drop-off points situated across the country:
a. Sodexo BRS-PH Head Office (11th Floor B.A. Lepanto Building, 8747 Paseo
de Roxas Street, Makati City, Philippines)
b. Sodexo BRS-PH Cebu Satellite Office (2nd Floor, Unit 218 Axis
Entertainment Ave.,Vibo Place, N Escario Street, Cebu City)
c. By the 30th of June 2019, select a third party partner to serve as drop off
points for conversion requests. These will be strategically located within
Metro Manila’s main thoroughfare, North Luzon, South Luzon, and the
Visayas and Mindanao areas. (Tentative until negotiation with Third Party
provider is finalized) * Update as of 7/1/2019 – Sodexo has officially
selected 2GO to be its drop-off partner.
All passes submitted to the conversion points mentioned above other than Sodexo
BRS-PH Head Office will need to be delivered first to Sodexo BRS-PH Head Office
before the actual conversion process would take place.
3. Upon receipt of the pass/es for conversion together with the conversion request
form, Sodexo BRS-PH Head Office’s Customer Service (Sodexo Customer
Service) will validate the pass/es presented to inspect physical security features
and validate barcode details [for Mobile Pass, code validity] to determine
authenticity prior to proceeding with pass conversion.
4. If passes are found to be valid, Sodexo Customer Service will then issue the Digital
Passes of the corresponding Product type for the equal value in the Sodexo +
(Plus) app or through SMS depending on the preference of the consumer.
NOTE :
• The Digital Vouchers will have no expiry and will be partially redeemable via
the Sodexo + (Plus) app at all Sodexo affiliated Merchants who have the
capability to accept Sodexo Mobile Pass/Sodexo + (Plus) digital solution.
• The old paper passes will not be returned to the consumer and will be
invalidated by Sodexo.
• No cross-product conversion. Paper voucher shall be converted to equivalent
service type into digital (eg. Premium Pass to Premium Pass credits only;
Meal and Food Pass to Meal and Food Pass credits only.)
• Sodexo digital vouchers shall still be transferrable from one person to
another via Sodexo + (Plus) app.
• The conversion process for paper vouchers to digital shall entail Sodexo’s
validation on the authenticity of such paper vouchers prior to conversion. As
a result, the conversion timeline below shall be followed:

1. User must download and register with the Sodexo + (Plus) app available in the
Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. User will initiate conversion from the Sodexo + (Plus) app and enter the mobile pass
code/s for conversion.
3. User will receive the notification in the Sodexo + (Plus) app as well as the digital
pass if conversion is successful.
Note:
• Mobile Pass conversion will happen only via the Sodexo + (Plus) app
• Mobile Pass/es converted shall be equivalent to the same product type and
face value albeit in the new digital pass form.
• Users wanting full redemption of Mobile Pass vouchers need not to convert to
use their existing Mobile Pass/es
CONVERSION SCHEDULE
Sodexo pass holders may request for the conversion of unused paper passes to Sodexo,
from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Conversion
requests may require a lead time of up to ten (10) working days, depending on the quantity
of passes to be converted. (Kindly see Item no. 12 of « Conversion of Paper Vouchers »
section above for further details.) For Mobile Pass conversion, pass holders may convert
their Mobile Pass/es anytime through the Sodexo + (Plus) app.
Sodexo reserves the right to implement changes to the conversion process terms and
conditions without any prior notice. Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines will
ensure that any change shall be subject to the review and approval of the Department of
Trade and Industry.
