Trinidad, Benguet. Upon fulfilling the proper protocols, the researcher will schedule specific
time to visit the barangay health clinics within which the mHealth app would be used and will
inform the CHWs of the research procedure. Two to three members of the research group will sit
face to face and discuss the research procedure with five to six CHWs in a well-lit and well-
ventilated room. The nature, extent, and purposes of the research, including confidentiality, will
be explained. If procedures are understood, the researcher will then present the informed consent

what appropriate date and time would be best. On the day of the scheduled visit, three members
of the research group will stay inside the barangay health clinics for four hours to observe
respondent’s environment and while performing their regular activities, the researcher will be
using small notebook and black pen to write down any necessary data and observation. While

researchers will facilitate a meeting with the CHW’s for proper usage, instructions and trial of
the mhealth app will be explain. The researcher will be available to answer queries in relation to
the use of mhealth app. Two to three members of the researcher group will visit the barangay

verbal response regarding the mhealth app. Any necessary observation, responses or feedbacks
and comments from the users regarding their experience of the mhealth app will be written down
