Ambassador Assignments
February 7, 2019
Leyea Johnson – Terry Business to Law School Group Host

 You will meet your group at the Hull Street bus stop and take them into Rm. 220 in Moore-
Rooker Hall for the Terry College Presentation. Afterwards, you will walk them across
North Campus to the back of the Law School for the Mock Court Presentation. Jenna Jackson
with the Law School should also be there to assist you. After this activity, you will walk your
group over back to the large auditorium in the Spec. Collections Library for lunch.

Rachel Moore – Law School to Terry College Group Host


 You will meet your group at the Jackson Street bus stop near the Main Library and take
them into the Law School. Jenna Jackson with the Law School should also be there to assist
you. After this activity, you will walk your group over to Rm. 220 in Moore-Rooker Hall for
the Terry College Presentation. Afterwards, you will bring them to the large auditorium in
the Spec. Collections Library for lunch. Civil Rights Scenario Reenactments in the Spec.
Collection Library 2nd Floor Auditorium. Your group will go from here to the Model UN
Simulation in the large auditorium room.

Sara Ahmed (arrives 9:30 am) – Model U.N. to Civil Rights Reenactment Simulation Group Host
 You will meet your group at the Hull Street bus stop and take them into the large banquet
room in the 2nd floor of the Main Library for the Model UN Simulation. Your group will go
from here to the Civil Rights Reenactment in the Spec. Collections Auditorium, which you
will assist the coordinators with the activities. Afterwards, you will bring your group into
the hallway for lunch to be eaten back in the large auditorium.

Micah Wray (leaves 12:15p) – Civil Rights Reenactment to Model U.N. Group Host

 You will meet your group at the Hull Street bus stop and take them into the large
auditorium room on the 2nd floor of the Main Library for the Civil Rights Scenario
Reenactments. You will assist with preparing the students for the reenactments.
Afterwards, your group will go down the hall to the large banquet room for the Model UN
Simulation. Finally, they will come into the hallway to get lunch then return to the same
room to eat.
