    To Whom It May Concern,

    Throughout my high school education I have been very interested in science. I have gotten
    myself into classes dealing with law and criminology. I have pushed myself to take honors and
    AP classes all of high school to prepare myself for the college level and to be able to get an
    education in the Forensic Science field. I have heard about a simulated crime scene
    investigation within the program for Forensic Science majors. I’m applying to this college in
    hopes to get to partake in the same experiment/learning experience as well as partake in the
    school’s great program if I am accepted. Based on my experience with higher standard classes,
    my skills of being able to time manage well, and my skills with hands on laboratory experience
    over my high school experience in the various science classes I have taken, I believe that I have
    the work ethic, discipline, time management, and meticulous skills necessary to be able to learn
    in the type of environment that you offer to students.

    As a student who takes higher level courses already it has given me the ability to grow and
    learn new skills to be able to handle a rigorous environment and workload when taking a higher
    education class. To be able to handle the courses, discipline, hard work, and time management
    are very important skills to have when taking higher level classes as well as being able to
    manage other classes and after school activities. This saying, I have better developed these
    skills to be able to continue with my work in high school in a well balanced way and I am able to
    apply those skills when entering a college with high standards and expectations.

    The interest I have for this field as well as the proven skills that I have for what it takes to be in
    this program, make me a great candidate to be accepted into your Forensic Science program. I
    am excited to learn more about this program and hopefully get to partake in some learning
    experiments that are conducted by the school. Please contact me at your earliest convenience
