Take up existing floor coverings in the extension area and remove from site
Take out and dispose of any windows
Strip out existing fixtures and fittings (Completed)
Excavate foundations for extension brickwork and remove waste from site
Cap off any gas and electricity supply
Demolition, strip out and ground works Demolish and remove any existing extension and remove waste from site
Break up and dispose of existing concreate slab floor
Investigate and renew drainage system where necessary
Remove rear and flank wall subject to Structural Engineer's specification and support as necessary, remove from
site
Remove internal wall parallel to the staircase.
Allow for supply and fit of the required steel/cranked beams/concrete lintels and structural supports as per
structural drawings and calculations
Pour concrete pad and strip foundations
Steel and structural work
Brick infill to meet steels and bed down
Form suitable insulated concrete floor slab with screed floor ready for final floor covering as per building control

Build cavity insulated stock brick and block wall to form extension including parapet wall for RH side
Build cavity insulated stock double leaf wall to form extension including parapet wall for end and LH side
Create door/window opening (s) to Structural Engineer's drawings ready to receive doors/windows
Extension shell, core and rear extension design
Level up existing ceiling joists/ Replace
Insulate between ceiling joists with Acoustic Rockwool or equivalent as per drawings
Supply and fit standard single panel fire swing door entrance to new kitchen (if required by building control)
Plasterboard and apply plaster coat to internal surfaces within the kitchen extension only as per building

Construct timber pitched roof, cover with breathable membrane, baton and tile to weather
Construct timber flat roof with single ply membrane or equivalent as part of the rear roof area
