(ONLINE) 1. Students are required to check in attendance via online platform (e.g. Facebook groups, messenger) as early as 08:00 am with 15 minutes
CLASSROOM grace period in consideration for slow internet connection in very remote areas.
POLICIES 2. Student will need to report to school at least once a month or when necessary like taking major exams or quizzes while observing proper
social distancing. They will be divided to two sets of students at specified times; thus, student should update themselves online especially
during class schedule.
3. Student must exercise Academic Honesty. Any form of dishonesty and or deceit, especially cheating during exam or any class work,
copying other’s work, forging signature, and the likes, will automatically be referred to the student affairs office/guidance office for
appropriate sanctions.
4. Passing of activities/requirements may be done online directly to my personal online account or if he/she is near to my home/office, they
can personally submit it to me provided parents are well informed. Activities/requirements/group works should be passed during class
schedule, late activity sheets/works will be accepted so long as another session is not yet around, however, corresponding deduction will
be made depending on the days overdue. Likewise, activities submitted on the next class schedule will no longer be accepted.
5. Checked papers or any other requirements that have been returned must be kept. This will be your proof if you want to verify your grades.
The class record is open for those who have questions. All questions must be addressed to the professor right after the class card was
received or grades uploaded online. The class cards or grades will be distributed/uploaded not later than 10 days after the final exam or
on a date agreed upon.
6. Dropping this course may still be done before the midterm week with the approval of the registrar.
7. If a student missed quiz/zes, he/she may request immediately to take a special exam upon returning to class, provided that the cause of
missing the said exam is justifiable and reasonable. Also, it will give time to the professor to make another set of exams and to schedule
it when.
8. The use of Cell Phone must be kept in silent mode while the class is going on and should not be used during exam.
9. Any form of misconduct will be reported to the Office of the Student Affairs for proper action.
10. Since the class falls on weekend, everyone is allowed not to wear their school uniform but must wear their School I.D. during the specified
class meeting, if any.
