1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets
certificate according to attached format (From PW2a-3, in section-7).
Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to
attached format tender declare a non-responsive.
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after BWDB Pre
& Post work Measurement by PE's office & BWDB's Taskforce. For this
 no claim will entertain.
5. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official
estimated cost will be non-responsive.
6. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download
the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender
evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
7. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own
responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be
necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for
performance of the works.
8. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
9. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the past performance
Evaluation matrix. So, authenticated information along with documents
will have to be incorporated with the tender. Planned & Actual
start/commencement & completion date will have to clearly mentioned
in the work certificate.
10. Arrangement of land for excavated earth management & working
area (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this
regard will be entertained. Also the work will be completed by tenderer
of his own management of site.
11. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s)
without showing any reason.
Brief Description of Name of Work: Re-Excavation of Harabati River from Km. (-) 16.050 to
Works : Km. 0.000 =16.050 km. in C/W "Re-Excavation of Tulshiganga Little
Jamuna Chiri & Harabati River of Joypurhat District Project" during the
FY 2020-21.
Which work will be executed: 01. Earth work by Mechanical Excavator
( Long Boom ) in all kinds of soil in excavation/ re-excavation of
River/channel /canal/khal etc.
02. Manufacturing and placing of C.C Bloks for bridge foundation
treatment.
N.B.
Similar works should be the following types of work:
a). Earth work in all kinds of soil in excavation/ reexcavation of
River/channel /canal/khal etc.; or
b). Earth work in constructing/re-sectioning of embankment/canal
bank/canal dyke/ earthen road etc.
