SOLVAY APPLICATION CENTER
Our Application Center in Heanor, UK was set up to develop new composite products and technologies to meet the
affordability and high-rate needs of the serial automotive industry.

Currently, the team is concentrating on increased automation for the manufacture and conversion of 2D flat blanks
into complex 3D geometries, liquid molding, as well as improving material utilization and reducing or reusing scrap
materials.
