    ● Italics are for things the PCs can figure out by investigating or asking questions.​ Bold text is for creatures, objects or treasure. 
    ● A once-famous Library, presently abandoned by its minders. Enter via the ​Southern​ ​Courtyard​, or from the ​Underground​ (​Tunnel​).  
    ● The ​Core AI​ is catatonic after listening to the ​Voltaic Sheet Music​ (​Hall of Music)​. As a result, its ​Librarians​ (the​ ​Hushers​) have gone mad. 
     
    Southern Courtyard  
    Library​ entrance; protected ​by​ ​electric sliding doors​ (presently disabled) that ​can be opened by hand. 
    ● A ​Machinery​ lies broken in the corner, near a pile of ​bullet shells​. ​It has suffered some sort of electrical failure. 
    ○ Collapsable​ scattergun ​(d6, BLAST).​ ​Its ammo cartridge is empty. 
    ○ Unlabeled bottle​ ​of​ Sonic Oil: ​emits a loud squeal when trodden on. Enough to spread over the floor of a normal-sized room. 
    ● North​: a sloping tunnel to the ​Lounge​. 
     
    Lounge
    ● Corner-speakers fill the room with white noise. On the ​North wall​ is a shelf containing an ​auditory control plate with volume knobs​. 
    ● Shelves crammed with paperbacks, mostly pulp novels and pornography. Piles of ​New Science ​books are tossed to one side, in mid-sort. 
    ● Patrolling the room are three​ ​Broken​ H
    ​ ushers​ (3hp, STR 12, DEX 10, silenced pistols (d6), ​sensitivity indicators are out of whack)​ ​.
    ● East​:​ Experimental Projects A/B/C​. ​West​:​ Map Room​.

    Experimental Projects A 
    ● The room contains a ​floating vortex​ of orange fire swirling around a circle of darkness.  
    ● Anyone or anything that touches the sphere is sucked inside, lost forever.​ Air, steam and smoke are not affected. 
    ● North​: a bolted-on metal plate to the​ T ​ unnel​. ​West​: ​hallway to the​ Lounge​. 
     
    Experimental Projects B
    ● The room is lined with lead. It is currently raining very hard; weather patterns shift gradually every few minutes.  
    ● On the ​East​ wall is a ​massive case containing a stationary​ ​Weather Altar​. 
    ● A stack of small tubes is piled in the corner. ​Charging these tubes correctly can create single-use​ ​lightning guns ​(d8, BLAST). 
    ● West​: ​hallway to the ​Lounge​. 
     
    Experimental​ ​Projects​ ​C 
    ● In the corner is a small ​potted plant​ that is perpetually on fire. ​Eating the plant produces a permanent red bloom on the eater’s face (reroll CHA). 
    ● Remnants of decayed and burnt plant material fill small pots on one side. Any plant material brought into the room slowly catches fire. 
    ● West​: ​hallway to the​ Lounge.
