Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is the largest integrated Information

Communication Technology (ICT) company of Pakistan. With a humble start from a telephone

HR Department of PTCL

Functional responsibility of this department includes core human recourse like Recruitment &
Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Performance Management, Succession
Panning ,Organizational Restructuring, Developing the HR Policies, building competitive market
pay structure, Procurement etc. This department also indulges in administrative responsibilities
including overall maintenance of the company, management of the Training Colleges and
Institutes, providing medical services to the employees, employee relations etc.

department for every different task, due to which work load is distributed among employee in different
departments according to there designations, every designation has its own department so solve there
particular issues. There are different departments on the basis of different tasks in HR CONSULTANT to
facilitate and help the employee/candidate there best. There are few extra department in Pro HR
CONSULTANT which makes it better in HR Department e.g H&S, Transport, e.t.c
