The TL-WA601G 108Mbps Wireless Access Point provides connectivity

between Ethernet wired networks and radio-equipped wireless devices.

It adopts 108M Super G™ WLAN Transmission Technology, which offers

the highest throughput performance available on the market today, and
data rates of up to 108Mbps. In dynamic 108M mode, the router can
attach IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g and 108Mbps Super G™ devices at the
same time in an integrated environment.

It also adopts 2x to 3x eXtended Range™ WLAN transmission technology

so that transmission distance is 2-3 times of traditional IEEE 802.11g and
IEEE 802.11b solutions, up to 855.36m tested in China. The transmission
range is extended to 4-9 times.

What 抯 more, it supports AP, AP Client, AP+Bridge, Bridge,

Universal/WDS Repeater mode, which makes it available in kinds of
complex network environment.

The TL-WA501G 54Mbps Wireless Access Point will allow you to connect your network wirelessly
better than ever, easily and securely. With the most attentive wireless security, the TL-WA501G
54Mbps Wireless Access Point provides multiple protection measures. It can be set to turn off
wireless network name (SSID) broadcast so that only stations that have the SSID can be
connected. The AP provides wireless LAN 64/128/152-bit WEP encryption security, and
WPA/WPA2 and WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK authentication and TKIP/AES encryption security.

The TL-WA501G 54Mbps Wireless Access Point complies with the IEEE 802.11g/b standards and
adopts 2x to 3x eXtended Range™ WLAN transmission technology so that transmission distance is
2-3 times that of traditional 11g/b solutions, up to 855.36m tested in China. Transmission range is
extended to 4-9 times. It is compatible with all IEEE 802.11g and IEEE 802.11b products.

Expanding the Wireless Network
The APs support a host of different functions that makes your wireless networking experience more
flexible than ever before. The Access Points use Repeater Mode to expand the coverage and signal
strength for the current wireless environment with Wireless Distribution Service (WDS) technology
by connecting multiple access points. TP-LINK´s 11N products also feature Universal Repeater
Mode so that even APs and Routers without WDS can be compatible. Users can use this feature to
build up a larger wireless network in spaces with broader coverage areas and more users such as
cafes, offices, and hotels.
 
Power over Ethernet*
For applications that require users to put a network device (such as an AP) in a location where
there is no electrical outlet available, Passive Power over Ethernet is the best solution available. A
Bundled Power Injector can supply both electricity and data streams over a single RJ45 cable to the
access point even up to 30 meters* away, giving users more freedom when choosing where to
locate their APs to get the greatest signal quality possible.
 
Quick Secure Setup
QSS or Quick Security Setup is a handy feature on the TL-WA901ND that allows users to almost
instantly setup their security simply by pressing the QSS button on the wireless access point
automatically establishes a WPA2 secure connection, instantly protecting your network. Not only is
this faster than normal security setups but more convenient in that you don´t need to remember a
password!
 
Multi-SSID with VLAN Support
The Multi-SSID function allows users to create a separate network that segments users that need
priority access or different levels of security. Different SSIDs refer to different VLANs with different
services to protect confidential files from those who should not have access.
