    17.5. Add a Winning Course from Waitlist

    Student is allowed to add a WINNING course from Waitlist if the following


    criteria is met

    a) Student doesn’t exceed the maximum credit limit for the term after
    adding the Course
    b) The WINNING status course(s) should do not clash with the existing
    confirmed courses
    c) Student meets the prerequisites for the Course that is being added
    d) The Add action is immediately reflected on the portal which means the
    course is added to the Confirmed list immediately.
    e) If a student fails to ADD the WINNING course before the ensuing Freeze
    round, the WINNING status will change to SKIPPED and the seat is
    allocated to the student ranked next in the course WAITLIST

    17.6. Add Course from Available Courses

    Student is allowed to add a course from course list with available seats if the
    following criteria is met

    a) Provided that the seats are available in the course being added
    b) Student doesn’t exceed the maximum credit limit for the term after
    adding the Course. The course should not have timetable clash.
    c) Student meets the prerequisites for the Course that is being added
    d) The Add action is immediately reflected on the portal which means the
    course is added to the Confirmed list immediately
