    We would like to inform you that the testing and commissioning method stement will be
    provided by M/s Faisal Jassim Trading Co. Xylem factory will not do such kind of documentation
    since M/s FJTCO have fully trained commissioning team to perform the same. The testing and
    commissioning will be as per the O&M manual provided by the manufacturer conformity to
    ISO 9906:2012 quality standards.
