I am applying for Learning Supporting Aide wherein the only thing to do is to assist
teachers by preparing lesson plan, checking quiz and test papers and make the
students behave while having a class.
I know that I am self-motivated and give my best shot in everything I do. By doing the
project immediately and always look ahead to the next task that will be given to me.
Successfully completing one project and moving on to the next one is very exciting for
me and finishing a project before the given deadline gives a satisfaction on me. I am
very passionate about my work and truly enjoy working toward the next big goal.
My greatest strengths are communication, writing skills, cooperation and being open
minded. My weaknesses are fear of taking hard criticism, trouble in saying no and
comprehension skills.
An 8 hour work where I assist the teacher in her workload like making lessons plan and
activity, and communicate with its student like socially and offer emotional support on
them.
Why did you choose BSED-English in college?
Because it prepares students to pursue a different career path like business, public
service, education and law. I am planning to pursue law school especially International
Humanitarian Lawyer to help those people affected of war and other humanitarian
for humanitarian issue.
How your course in college relate to the job you are applying for?
To be honest, I want this job because I can see that I can put my all in developing my
skills to the best possible use. I can use the knowledge which I have gained and use it
to make a major difference in my preferred field, as well as help this organization, grow
collectively. I have spent a significant amount of time in developing and nurturing my
skills and this I feel is the best platform for me to apply each one of them completely, as
the job description is exactly what I had been looking for all these years.
Even though I am a fresher, I assure you that I will give my best and work to my full
potential so that I can contribute as much as I can towards the growth and welfare of
this great institution.
I don't know enough now to give specifics, but I know how I will find out. The first thing I
would do would be to get around to meet the teacher that I need to assist on workload
and do the projects assigned to me immediately. I will also want to understand the
concept of making the workload in the institution as it applies in my area. I will
subsequently develop a plan for rapid action. I have found that it is important to show
both understanding and positive action, and I would seek to deliver significant results
within the first three months along with a plan for a steady continuation into the future.
This is a challenge, I know, but that's just what I like. I thrive in tough times and I know I
can turn around your plant.
What would you do if were hired and got fired after a week without knowing the reason?
If I was hired and fired and fired after a week I won’t question the reason because I
know I gave my best shot and I will still be honored for this opportunity because of the
new experience I have gain and I will use the experiences I gain in your workplace for
my future endeavors.
The contribution I can give in the company is to be goal oriented, learn to submit with
my employer and be pro-active right away in order to avoid conflicts in the workplace so
in this little step the company will prosper.
What is the most important question would you ask after this interview?
Is there anything I have said that makes you doubt I would be a great fit for this
position?
