Attended the faculty and staff meeting held at Room 102. The following agenda were discussed:

1. Compilation of Printed Learning Materials


- Observations on PLMs
- Schedule of the distribution of PLMs

2. Evaluation of Students’ Records

3. Schedule of the Preliminary Examinations


- February 19, 2021 for ThF classes;
- February 20, 2021 for Saturday classes, and
- February 22, 2021 for MTW classes

February 3, 2021 4. Concerns of the Registrar’s Office


- Grading Sheets

5. Graduation 2021, Yearbook, etc.

6. Summer Class

7. There were other matters discussed and they are as follow:


- Teacher’s salary handling special class
- Construction of offices
- Updates from the different program coordinators
- Scholarships
- Schedule of the Send-Off Mass
February 5, 2021 Posted a poem written by a Gazette literary writer titled “Tahan Na” on the official Facebook page of The Gazette.

February 17, 2021 Attended the Holy Mass for the celebration of Ash Wednesday. The mass was celebrated by the school chaplain, Rev. Fr. Geoffrey
Escorpezo. In his homily, he imparted the importance of the 3 P’s which stands for Praying and Thanking God, Penance or Asking
God for forgiveness and Participation.
February 18, 2021 Attended a meeting, together with teachers handling Criminology subjects and the Dean, held at the Criminology Office with the
following agenda:
a. Concerns on Printed Learning Materials
b. Sectioning of students in the Criminology Department
February 22, 2021 Met with the Dean and other program coordinators for a meeting held at the BSBA Office and discussed the preparation of each
program for CHED Virtual Monitoring.
