    One morning in hospital x in the rose room, a nurse was around to see the patient's condition,
    a patient on behalf of Dila looked uncomfortable with his position, then the nurse
    immediately approached the patient

     
    Nurse       : Good morning, Ms. Dila

    Dila              : Good morning, Nurse

    Nurse       : What are you feeling now?


    Dila               : Nurse , I feel uncomfortable with this position, because I want to see the
    conditions around me, can the nurse help me to change positions?
    Nurse         : Of course Ms. Dila, I will help you to change your position, I will change
    your position to semi-fowler so you can see around.

    After helping the patient change his position the nurse asks the patient whether this position
    has made the patient more comfortable than before.

    Nurse       : Is your position more comfortable than before?

    Dila             : Yes, thank you

    Nurse       : You're welcome.

    After that the nurse will tell the patient if the patiens need help or want to change position
    again,  can call the nurse by pressing the existing bell.

    Nurse           : If you feel uncomfortable anymore, and want to change positions, you can
    press the bell that is on your right side, then later I will come back to change
    the position of you.

    Dila               : ok  nurse.
