A female patient named Mrs. Nindia, aged 40 years, was escorted by her family to the
hospital with complaints of shortness of breath, Ms. Nindia complained of coughing for about
one week, and today added to the increasingly severe tightness accompanied by chest
discomfort, the nurse came patient room to examine Mrs. Nindia

Nurse: "excuse me mrs, good morning"

Patient: "good morning nurse"

Nurse: "I will introduce myself, my name is nurse Rahayu on duty this morning, can I know
your name mrs?"

Patient: "Ms. Nindia Nurse"

Nurse: "how are you today Ms.Nindia?"

Patient: "I am afraid because I feel tight"

Nurse: "OK Mrs, I'm here to do an examination to get data related to respiratory problems
that occurred in mrs. The examination that I will do is approximately fifteen minutes, I hope
you can cooperate during this examination that I did."

Patient: "yes nurse"

Nurse: "this is the place to sleep Mrs, so that you can still rest and not be cramped."

Patient: "yes nurse"

Nurse: "since when did you feel that your shortness of breath was getting worse?"

Patient: "It's been two days, Nurse"

Nurse: "At what time did the shortness of mrs get heavier?"

Patient: "when I cough, nurse"

Nurse: "Was it not accompanied by tightness before coughing?"

Patient: "not nurse"

Nurse: "What impact do you feel when you have a tightness?"

Patient: "I feel dizzy and feel weak"


Nurse: "OK Mrs, now I will do a breath examination using a stethoscope, please you can
cooperate with me, please lie on your back, let me help you to adjust a comfortable position
for you"

The nurse also helps position the patient

Patient: "yes nurse"

Nurse: "What about your current position, is it more comfortable?"

Patient: "already nurse, thank you"

Nurse: "Excuse me Mrs, now I will take off my top and examine your lungs"

Patient: "yes nurse"

Nurse: "now try to take a deep breath and then exhale"

The patient takes a deep breath as recommended by the nurse

Nurse: "OK Mrs, I've finished taking action, thank you for being able to work with me"

Patient: "You're welcome, nurse"

Nurse: "How did you feel after this examination?"

Patient: "is getting better, nurse"

Nurse: "OK Mrs, now I will go back to the nurse's office, in fifteen minutes later I will come
back to give you medicine, if there is anything you need you can press the button on the side
of the bed"

Patient: "yes nurse, thank you "

Nurse: "I hope you get well soon, Mrs Nindia"

Patient: "Thank you nurse"
