machine usage not only can meet the extreme requirements, but also make full use
of fuel and and reduce exhaust emissions.

The electronic system adopts PLC, which is humanized and intelligent.
A variety of automatic protection modes set in the control program can prevent

（3） The large displacement main oil pump with constant power variable fully exerts the
main power efficiency when it is in the constant power state. The proportional con-
trol technology is used on the concrete pump. The displacement of the pump set can

control system is used to automatically adjust the throttle according to the load,
which can save energy and keep the engine in the best condition.

cylinder inching function, can meet the operating requirements of various operating
conditions.

Hydraulic and Pumping System

Product Features

Using the largest displacement integrated hydraulic inte-

gration block in the industry. Compact design, simple oil
passage, simple and reliable connection of hydraulic
pipeline greatly reduce leakage, reduce system liquid
resistance and system temperature rise.

The hydraulic system mainly consists of three pumps,

which control the Movements of the main cylinder, Swing
distributing oil cylinder and Stirred motor.
