Quarter 1 – Module 3:
Studying My Way
Gabay sa Magulang/ Tagapag-alaga
Hinihiling ang inyong gabay upang matagumpay na
maisakatuparan ng mag-aaral ang mga tagubilin sa pagsasagawa ng mga
gawain sa bondpaper o malinis na papel.

Gawain 1: Basahin at unawaing mabuti ang mga pariralang nasa tsart.


Kopyahin ang mga salitang nagpapahayag ng dahilan ng pagsisikap sa
pag-aaral kahit sa panahon ng pandemya
Gawain 2: Kopyahin ang tsart at punan ng mga kasagutan tungkol sa
akademikong nakamit noong nasa ika-apat na baitang. Sa hanay A ay
magtala ng tatlong sitwasyon na nakatulong upang makapasa o makamit
ang kahusayan sa pag-aaral. Sa hanay B ay mga resulta o epekto ng
mga sitwasyon at sa hanay C ay isulat ang “Yes” kung
napagtagumpayan at “No” kung hindi
Gawain 3: Maipahayag ang mga pangganyak upang maipagpatuloy ang
pag-aaral kahit may pandemya. Ang pagpapahalaga sa mga tamang gawi
sa pag-aaral at matamang pamamahala ng oras ay mga pamamaraan
upang makamtan ang tagumpay sa pag-aaral.
Gawain 4: Gumawa ng isang linggong plano nang pamamaraan sa pag
aaral batay sa “New Normal”.
Gawain 5: Kopyahin ang “Pie Chart” , punan o sagutan ang bawat bahagi
ayon sa inilalaang oras sa pang-araw-araw na gawain.
Gawain 6: Sagutin ang mga katanungan na patungkol sa ginawang
gawain sa pagbuo ng “Pie Chart”
Tiyaking magagawa ito nang tapat at maipasa sa petsa at oras na
itinakda ng kanyang gurong-tagapayo.

tasks; and
3. analyze your study habits in connection to personal academic goals.

Introduction
Hello! You are now reading the last module for this quarter. We will talk more
about how you learn best, especially this time of the pandemic. How do you find
learning during this pandemic? What made you decide to enroll this school year?
Your academic goal might have influenced you as it is the set or target
accomplishment that you want to attain every school year. It can be a high grade,
recognition in any subject, exemplary academic performances, or any other. You
may have other things that keep you going to school and it is really interesting why
these keep you on track.

Suggested Time Allotment: 15 minutes
Read and copy on a sheet of paper the phrases that you can identify as your
reasons for studying. Feel free to add other reasons that are not included in the
table. Answer the processing questions on the same paper as well.

Study Habits

Learners study for different reasons. Some want to make their parents proud,
and some only do it for allowance or ‘baon’. Others want to spend time with their
friends. There are also good reasons why you chose to continue studying in this
challenging situation.

As a Grade 5 learner, your motivation to study can do wonders. It will keep you
on track in terms of what you need to accomplish. It promotes your willingness to
learn and perform all activities that entail to achieve the lesson objectives. It makes
you focus and develops values of excellence, persistence, industriousness,
resilience and many more. Studying is one of the main ways to become the best
person you could be in the future.

It is important to study, and your success depends largely on your present
study habits. Study habits are the ways a learner plans and do his school tasks with
or without instructions from adults. Effective study habits lead to high academic
performance.

Study habits can be developed. You may start by simply spending more time
reading, organizing your school materials, and scheduling your homework. It could
also be improved by learning from others or using proper reading, audio-visual and
other materials to help you in your studies.

Also, good time management is part of appropriate study habits. You can
never stop the time but you can have the habit of doing things on time. It is best to
finish your seatwork and homework on time. Follow your class schedule to learn
more and develop the skills you need in school and life. If you do these, it is most
likely that you would have excellent academic grades in your present subjects and
succeed in
the future.

Nag-aaral ang mga nag-aaral sa iba't ibang mga
kadahilanan. Ang ilan ay nais na ipagmalaki ang kanilang
mga magulang, at ang ilan ay ginagawa lamang ito para sa
allowance o 'baon'. Ang iba ay nais na gumugol ng oras sa
kanilang mga kaibigan. Mayroon ding magagandang
dahilan kung bakit pinili mo na magpatuloy sa pag-aaral sa
hamon na sitwasyong ito.
Bilang isang nag-aaral ng Baitang 5, ang iyong pagganyak
sa pag-aaral ay maaaring gumawa ng mga kababalaghan.
Panatilihin ka nitong nasa track sa mga tuntunin ng kung
ano ang kailangan mong makamit. Itinataguyod nito ang
iyong pagpayag na malaman at maisagawa ang lahat ng
mga aktibidad na kinakailangan upang makamit ang mga
layunin sa aralin. Ginagawa kang mag-focus at bumuo ng
mga halaga ng kahusayan, pagtitiyaga, pagiging masipag,
katatagan at marami pa. Ang pag-aaral ay isa sa mga
pangunahing paraan upang maging pinakamahusay na tao
na maaari kang maging hinaharap.

Mahalagang mag-aral, at ang iyong tagumpay ay
nakasalalay nang higit sa iyong kasalukuyang gawi sa pag-
aaral. Ang mga nakagawian sa pag-aaral ay ang mga paraan
ng isang mag-aaral na nagpaplano at gawin ang kanyang
mga gawain sa paaralan na mayroon o walang mga
tagubilin mula sa mga matatanda. Ang mabisang gawi sa
pag-aaral ay humantong sa mataas na pagganap ng
akademya.
Ang mga gawi sa pag-aaral ay maaaring mabuo. Maaari
kang magsimula sa pamamagitan lamang ng paggastos ng
mas maraming oras sa pagbabasa, pag-aayos ng iyong mga
materyales sa paaralan, at pag-iiskedyul ng iyong takdang-
aralin. Maaari din itong mapabuti sa pamamagitan ng pag-
aaral mula sa iba o paggamit ng wastong pagbabasa, audio-
visual at iba pang mga materyales upang matulungan ka sa
iyong pag-aaral.
Gayundin, ang mahusay na pamamahala ng oras ay bahagi
ng naaangkop na mga gawi sa pag-aaral. Hindi mo
mapipigilan ang oras ngunit maaaring magkaroon ka ng
ugali ng paggawa ng mga bagay sa tamang oras. Mahusay
na tapusin ang takdang-aralin at takdang-aralin sa oras.
Sundin ang iskedyul ng iyong klase upang matuto nang
higit pa at mabuo ang mga kasanayang kailangan mo sa
paaralan at buhay. Kung gagawin mo ito, malamang na
magkaroon ka ng mahusay na mga marka ng pang-
akademiko sa iyong mga kasalukuyang paksa at
magtagumpay
ang kinabukasan.
