    On APRIL-05-2021 SAPMT HSE Representative catches you clamp scaffold with
    red scaff tag which consider unsafe act from you to use unsafe working plat
    from which may cause serious injury for you, this negligence is unacceptable
    from your side and considered as an unsafe act & unsafe working practices
    violating the Saudi Aramco, Saipem and Petrojet Safety instructions.
    Petrojet management has taken a very serious note of such careless attitude
    and this letter is issued to you any further violation or negligence from duty
    will lead to your termination from the HGP.
