Admission Notice for vacant/left over/dropped out seats of M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. etc. and P.G. Diploma,
Advanced Diploma, Diploma and Certificate Courses : 2020-21
Applications are invited for admissions to fill up the vacant seats of the various courses (as per Annexure-I) being run
in the University Teaching Departments/Institutes. Interested candidates may apply for admission to the above
courses w.e.f. 12.01.2021 as per Application Form attached. The candidate can deposit application
processing fees through University Website by using online payment link at https://www.kuk.ac.in. or in
the form of DD in favour of the Registrar, KUK payable at Kurukshetra. The candidate will fill up the
application form and send the same alongwith application fee of Rs.800/- (Rs.200/- for SC/BC/ Blind
candidates of Haryana) with late fee of Rs.300/- through :
(a) Email along with relevant documents and copy of fee receipt to the concerned Chairperson/
Director of the Department/Institute.
OR
(b) By Post/in Person alongwith relevant documents to the concerned Chairperson /Director of the
Department/Institute concerned alongwith application fee in the form of DD in favour of the
Registrar, KUK payable at Kurukshetra or alongwith fee receipt.
The last date for submission of Application Form is 19.01.2021. Counseling will be held on 21.01.2021 of
those candidates who will present themselves physically in the Department/Institute and mark their attendance
from 09.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. List of selected candidates will be displayed on 21.01.2021 at 12.00 noon on
the Notice Board of the concerned Department/Institute. Selected candidates will deposit admission
fee/dues upto 22.01.2021 with late fee of Rs.1000/-. They must have with them all original documents,
fee/dues and two sets of xerox copies of the documents. Before submission of Application Forms, the
candidate should read the Prospectus and Instructions carefully already uploaded on the University website
www.kuk.ac.in.. Candidates who have already applied need not to apply again.
The Chairperson/Director is requested to make admissions in courses (except AICTE approved courses) against vacant
seats on the basis of merit from the waiting list upto 16.01.2021 with late fee of Rs.1,000/-, if seats still remain vacant
and there is no waiting list/no Application Form is pending, vacant seats may be filled up by accepting fresh Application
Forms of the eligible candidates upto 22.01.2021 with late fee of Rs.1000/-.
