    For alternate mitigation plan for extending the FCR Originator proposed the life of the
    cartridges and reducing biological matter, Below two options and the same are being
    proposed for implementation in a phased manner based on the outcome.
    1. Ultra Filtration Disinfection Technology

    1. Ultra Filtration Disinfection Technology
    LIT UV Europe vendor has offered a UV reactor chamber along with Control system for
    controlling UV lamp intensity as per the flow. The unit consist of a compact duplex steel
    reactor with seven low-pressure high-output amalgam UV lamps DV 700HO-32 protected by
    Quartz sleeves and control panel with multi touch display. Details of the equipment
    supplied are provided in the offer.

    2. Magnetic Field Suppress:

    Samples were collected from below three different locations for understanding the
    presence / growth of microbiological matter.
    1. Sea water inlet (Pre-filter inlet)
    2. RO Supply pump outlet to MCF
    3. SWRO Inlet (MCF Outlet)
    As per analysis report total bacterial count is 110,82 and 170 CFU/ml. Pseudomonas
    bacteria presence is found in sample 2 and sample 3 (20and 87 CFU/100ml respectively)

    One CARDIFFAIR unit can drive two coils. OEM has recommended 6 units as per the
    attached P&ID, hence 12 coils will be required. Each coil will require 300 mtr. Cable (6
    Sqmm – single core – 84 strands, Flexible).
    Questions Clarifications from OEM
    1. Dimensional Details of control Unit, - 280mm (H) X 370mm (W) X 190mm
    Installation recommendations, (D) – IP68 rated
    operating temperature range, - Unit requires 230V AC, 50Hz.
