    First, what is the moral dilemma (or dilemmas), if any? In stating the dilemma, make
    explicit the competing moral reasons involved.
    As that colleague is very close friend of me in under financial pressure this may lead me to
    thinks before informing m supervisor crating moral dilemma for me on one side it Is friend who
    is in need and on other side there is company that can suffer huge loss if they don’t get informs.

    Second, are there any concepts (ideas) involved in dealing with the moral issues that it
    would be useful to clarify?
    No, I don’t think there are an idea that can be reason with this case no situation can compensate
    with what my colleague is time to do he might be in difficult situation but that should not make
    him to go beyond his ethical boundaries

    Third, what factual inquiries do you think might be needed in making a reliable judgment
    about the case?
    First think I should do is to check what his real intentions are is he really going to sale these
    secret to someone or was he assigned the task check on him without getting obvious about him if
    it is confirm that he was going to sale these secrets then inform your supervisor because it is
    more ethical in my opinion

    Fourth, what are the options you see available for solving the dilemma?
    There are two solutions available first is to convince my friend not to act to upon what is he is
    planning and second is to inform your supervisor about the situation.

    Fifth, which of these options is required (obligatory, all things considered) or permissible
    (all right)?
    The software engineer sure makes a decision to negotiate this issue with supervisor even though
    that colleague is a best friend of him he will not let him to do those violations against the
    organizations because this issue will effect company reputation and profit so the software
    engineer should report that he saw his colleague downloaded some restricted files that contain
    trade secrets about the new product to the supervisor if the software engineer do not care about
    what his friend sure doing his job on stake. On other hand he should he should advice to his
    friend that he will never to do these kinds of activities and make some financial support in
    another way. Whatever the action is taken against to his friend by the organization is acceptable
    only the moral illustrates that whatever you are just be true and justice to everyone.
