    Graffiti is marks, scratching or drawings made on a surface on a public place.

    It is often created with paint or


    spray paint. Many people believe that graffiti is a form of art, while some others believe the opposite. By
    painting, artists express themselves, making the gray boring everyday life a little brighter. However, many
    graffiti artists write inappropriate words and damage property. Such as, monuments, cars, memorial walls, as
    well as buildings that belong to both city authorities and private individuals. In my opinion, it is necessary to
    give graffiti artists a chance to show others how they perceive our world. It gives them a chance to express
    themselves. They want to be noticed. In each drawing, the artist tries to tell humanity about social or political
    problems, pushing communities to engage thoughtfully and make steps toward social progress.
