TYPES OF SPEEEH ACCORDING TO DELIVERY
1. Manuscript Speech- This kind of speech uses a manuscript/ copy of the text
delivered before an audience.
2. Impromptu Speech- This kind of speech intends to answer a question,
issues/ concerns before an audience without any preparation.
3. Extemporaneous Speech- This kind of speech is planned and prepared
speech.
PRINCIPLES OF SPEECH DELIVERY
PRACTICE 1. The students are tasked to choose a topic and make an outline.
2. The students give instruction to let the students accomplish the task of
preparing the audience profile.
3. The students participate in the formulation of rubrics for their evaluation.
ENRICHMENT The students submit the draft of their written speech and the teacher checks
accordingly using the VIP (Very Important Points).
