There are general rules and schemes on how to use conditionals.

It is better to write
them in your copybooks as to have them stored and for a better use in the future.
ZERO - IF + PRESENT ¬ PRESENT
If I feel all right, I don’t go to the doctor.
FIRST - IF + PRESENT ¬ FUTURE / IMPERATIVE / CAN, MUST, ETC.
If I know anything before Tuesday, I will phone you
If it rains you, I can play games at home
SECOND- IF + PAST SIMPLE ¬ CONDITIONAL SIMPLE
If I knew the answer, I wouldn’t ask you
THIRD - IF + PAST PERFECT¬ CONDITIONAL PERFECT
If I had known all the answers, I wouldn’t have failed the exam
MIXED
 If + past perfect-----------------------present conditional
