Digitization in the areas related to attendance, leave, pay roll etc. and the findings of the report
observed as satisfactory. But the review report of performance evaluation which was in practice
under a forced choice method and run manually for the last 3 years, put forth negative impact. Ms.
Aliza, Head of HR Operations received numerous complaints mainly from middle and
junior management staff as it lacked fair judgment and found lapses in the reward program.

report from the employees of all functional areas of operations. A leading consultant, KPMG was
hired to conduct a compensation survey and submit productive feedback. The report gave its
findings and concluded as ' the compensation of the employees are imbalanced and biased'.

The Grievance HR Committee received complaints during last 15 months in the violation of
policies relate to pay and perks, evaluation of employees, gender biases, harassment, lack of merit
promotion, ambiguities in role clarities, implementation of succession planning as a result the
employees in general lack job satisfaction, require appropriate skills to carry out the targeted
assignments, motivation has drastically affected and finally no retention. The annual report
submitted by the committee on 31st March, 2021 revealed that it impacted last year software
business by 34.67 %.
