the project as you like. You are free to use any
technique including mass production to build
the project. The pattern may be copied and
given to others provided the entire book is kept
intact. You may not sell the pattern or include it
in another commercial package of any type.

When printing this pattern it is important to print Printing Instructions

it full size. When you bring up the print dialog
box look in the “Page Sizing & Handling”
section. Make sure the “Actual Size” is selected
before you hit print.

You also only need to print the page/s you

need. After the print dialog opens look for the
“Pages to Print” section. You can print the
current page or a range of pages. This will help
save ink by not printing the title/instruction
pages.

IMPORTANT: This project requires some tinkering. The pattern

can be changed to fit your components. The spirals are the
most important part of the pattern. Everything else can be
modified as needed

This is the pattern for both spirals. Stack cut them to save time.
One spiral needs a 1/4” hole in the center. the other spiral needs
a larger 17/64” hole. Dill both with the 1/4” drill bit. Enlarge the
other hole with a larger drill bit or just ream out the hole until it
spins freely on the 1/4” dowel shaft.

These holes are shaped to
fit the shaft of the motor. I cut
them with the scroll saw. You also
attach the finished wheel to
the motor with epoxy or CA glue.
