They are not related to John Paul Aying Mejorada and have no financial interest in the matter.

    AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS


    WE, RUTCHEL DIO SEGUIZ and EMMA ESTANIO BALILI, both of legal
    ages, Filipinos and residents of Cortes, Surigao del Sur, Philippines, after having
    been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, depose, and state:

    1. That we personally know JOHN PAUL AYING MEJORADA,


    who was born on March 26, 2001 at Mabahin, Cortes, Surigao
    del Sur, to the spouses Marissa Antallan Aying and Pedro
    Quijada Mejorada; he and his parents had been our neighbor
    and our close friend for a long time;

    2. That in his Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine


    Statistics Office, his middle name was erroneously entered
    therein as ALZATE instead of AYING, which is his true and
    correct middle name (which is the surname of her mother’s
    maiden name) as evidenced by the Certificate of Live Birth of
    Marissa Antallan Aying;

    3. That also in his Certificate of Live Birth, his mother’s surname


    was erroneously entered as ALZATE instead of AYING, which
    is her true and correct surname;

    4. That we hereby attest to the veracity of the foregoing and we


    are not in any way related to JOHN PAUL AYING MEJORADA
    within the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity,
    nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
    whatsoever;

    5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest the veracity of the


    foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve
    best under the circumstance.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 15 th day of


    January, 2021 at Tago, Surigao del Sur.
