    Hon. JOHN MICHAEL “A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE BIDS AND AWARDS


    B. FONSECA COMMITTEE (BAC) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
    SK – Councilor BARANGAY MARIA FE, ORANI, BATAAN.”

    WHEREAS, the Republic Act 10742 also known as the Sangguniang


    Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 or an act establishing reforms in the
    Sangguniang Kabataan creating enabling mechanisms for meaningful youth

    SK – Councilor WHEREAS, the Government Procurement Policy Board issued Memorandum
    Circular 07-2019 stating the purpose to provide guidance on how the SK, like
    any entity, shall conduct its procurement activities pursuant to the Republic Act
    9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as provided in
    Section 8(1) and 20(a) of the IRR of RA 10742 or the SK Reform Act.
    Hon. KEANA JEA O.
    TEJADA WHEREAS, by virtue of Section 20(b) of RA 10742, the SK shall have
    SK – Councilor financial independence in its operations, disbursements, and encashments of
    their fund, income and expenditures. Accordingly, it has the capacity to act as a
    procuring entity as defined at Section 5(o) 4 of RA 9184 and 5(bb) of its 2016
    revised IRR.
    Hon. LORRAINE C.
    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall establish a Bids and Awards
    BATOL Committee with atleast five (5) but not more than seven (7) members.

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
    of Barangay Maria Fe shall be composed of the following:

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Ma. Raphaela Mae C. De


    Hon. ALEXIS S. Leon and duly seconded by SK Councilor Lorraine C. Batol be it RESOLVED,
    SALONGA as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Maria Fe in
    SK - Chairman session duly assembled, to approve Resolution No. 05 S-2020 entitled “A
    RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE
    (BAC) OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MARIA
    FE, ORANI, BATAAN.”

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copies of this resolution to


    concerned authorities for their information and action.
    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
