    RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN
    (CBYDP) FOR CY 2021-2023 OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO,
    TALISAY, CAMARINES NORTE .

    WHEREAS, Section 20 (c) of RA 10742 or the SK reform Act provides that All SK funds shall be
    allocated in an annual budget, and if the funds allow, in a supplemental budget in accordance with the
    adopted ABYIP. Both the CBYDP and ABYIP shall give priority to programs, projects and activities that will
    promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate change
    adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health, including health
    services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports
    development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership training;

    WHEREAS, development plant set the direction of economic and social development and
    coordinating development efforts of the Sangguniang Kabataan;

    WHEREAS, the same plan is the official planning document of the SK where the problems, needs
    and aspirations of the SK are identified, prioritized and pursued based on the available resources;

    WHEREAS, the plan contains programs, projects, and activities which serve as primary inputs to
    budgeting and implementation of projects for the growth and development of the youth;

    WHEREAS, the Revised Comprehensive Barangay youth Development Plan for CY 2021-2023 of
    the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Isidro, Talisay Camarines Norte as follows:
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Milton S. De Mata, duly seconded by SK Kagawad
    Ervin Louis J. Samboa and concurred in by all SK Members present, be it resolved, as it hereby
    resolved to approve the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development plan for 2021-2023 of the
    Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Isidro, Talisay, Camarines Norte;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished the Sangguniang Bayan,
    Municipal Budget Office, Municipal Accountant’s Office, LYDO, and DILG Municipal Field Office for
    their review and consideration.

    APPROVED, this 16th day of January, 2021.
