other hand to do the massage. 
2. Use your palm to stretch your forearm from the wrist to the elbow and back again on both sides. If
you want to, you can extend the stretching to your shoulder. Do this on each side of your forearm at
least three times. The motive is to warm up your muscles and tissues.
3. Use your palm to line from your wrist to your fingertips on both sides of your hand. Do this at
least three times. Use gentle pressure.
4. Cup your hand around your forearm with your thumb beneath. Hold your skin starting at the wrist,
and work slowly up to the elbow and back down again. Do this on each side of the forearm using
gentle pressure at least three times.
5. Use your thumb and forefinger to press in a circular or back and forth motion, slowly moving up
your hand and forearm. Do this on both sides of your arm and hand at least three times using
moderate pressure.
6. Press your thumb in a circular motion with moderate pressure all around the back of your hand
and then your palm. Continue applying pressure with your thumb on both sides of each finger. Use
your thumb to massage the area between your thumb and forefinger.

5. Massage your stomach in a clockwise route by using your hand.
6. Then from the sternum to the pubic bone, gently massage your belly.
7. Massage the left side of the belly several times by applying pressure on the muscles of those areas.
8. Repeat the same on the right side of the abdomen.
9. Then hold your fingers into your belly button persistently.
10. Keep massaging your abdomen with moderate pressure in a clockwise direction.
11. You can spend extra time on specific areas that feel like they need some extra care.
12. Do this for at least 10 minutes.
