I. RATIONALE:

DAVRAA MEET gives the athletes, coaches, and technical officials the opportunity to come together for
competition and camaraderie. Our school may help in fulfilling this goal by giving a chance to all participants to
get involved and participate in every activities planned and prepared by the association.

II. OBJECTIVES:
a. To provide opportunities in the improvement of physical, moral, intellectual, and social well-being of
participants, especially among the athletes;
b. To instil among all the participants the spirit of discipline, teamwork, excellence, fair play, solidarity,
sportsmanship and other values inherent in sports.

II. Rationale
The 2019 Nutrition Month Theme is “ Kumain nang Wasto at Maging Aktibo….Push Natin ‘to!... The theme encourages
everyone to advocate and realize the importance of healthy diets, increased physical activity and reduced sedentary
behavior. Pushing the advocacy means that each and every one can contribute to better nutrition and physical activity for
better health.
III. Objectives
In line with the celebration of the Nutrition Month, LNCHS aims to:
1. promote the consumption of healthy diets, increase physical activity and reduced sedentary behavior;
2. disseminate simple and practical nutrition message that encourage our students to practice healthy diet;
3. inspire them to eat and live healthy through active participation of the various nutrition month activities.

This activity is designed to facilitate the needs of the school in celebrating its 9 th Founding
Anniversary through participating in various activities such as Mass Dance Competition.

II. OBJECTIVES:
The activity is aimed at incorporating elements of fun and competition and promote
harmonious relations between faculty, staff, parents, students and stakeholders.
